Advance voting begins Friday, October 3, 2008, and continues Saturday, October 4 and Monday, October 6

 

From noon to 8:00 p.m. (local time) across the country

 


 

In an effort to help young people and students to vote, our Web site’s section for Young Voters provides a list of Frequently Asked Questions that will help you to find out how to get on the voters listwhere to vote and how to vote.

 

To be eligible to vote, you must be a Canadian citizen and at least 18 years of age on election day.

 

Some provisions of the Canada Elections Act have changed. When you vote,you MUST prove your identity and address.
